Andrew joined the Office of the Complaint Commissioner in November 2006. Prior to this he had worked in compliance and monitoring roles for a life company, a number of product providers and a building society.

He holds an honours degree in Banking, Insurance and Risk Management from Sheffield Business School, together with professional qualifications through both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Outside work Andrew interests focus around his family and sports, particularly athletics, golf and volleyball.
